Why a Clinical Dental Technician?
Qualifying as a CDT requires years of intensive study. Upon qualifying, their position allows them to treat patients directly, predominantly for the purpose of denture construction as well as the repairing and fitting of removable dental appliances.
Dentists and CDTs work independently of each other but confer on treatments when it is in the best interest of the patient.
CDTs offer a range of other services, including oral health advice and intensive clinical examination for oral abnormalities, referring patients to other health care professionals when necessary.
New Denture Patients
We are now taking on new patients seeking private dental services. To register, you may call in to the clinic, give us a ring, or use the web form to request an initial consultation.
Mike Brindle, as a CDT, can provide you with all your denture requirements. Kathy Blackley, our resident dentist, sees patients on Tuesdays for all general dentistry needs.
